HOLLYWOOD RANCH MARKET is a Tokyo-based clothing brand and store lineage operated by Seilin & Co. It began in Sendagaya in 1972 as a casual-wear shop built around used denim western shirts, chambray shirts and flannel shirts, then moved to Daikanyama in 1979. Within Seilin’s portfolio it functions as one of the company’s original brands, with a product range centred on everyday apparel and accessories. Its practice is grounded in repeatable wardrobe staples rather than seasonal novelty. The brand’s long-running Stretch Fraise jersey series, introduced in 1995, remains a key reference point: a thick yet flexible cut-and-sew fabric developed for softness, ease of wear and durability across unisex, women’s and kids’ items. Across recent product releases, HOLLYWOOD RANCH MARKET works through familiar garment types—T-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, socks and bandanas—using straightforward materials such as cotton jersey, nylon and mesh, sometimes adding garment dyeing, print or remake-based variations. What distinguishes HOLLYWOOD RANCH MARKET is its stable position inside Japanese casual wear: neither heritage reproduction nor fashion-led streetwear, but a long-form editing of American basics through a Tokyo retail and production context. Its work is defined less by silhouette shifts than by continuity, incremental material adjustment and the sustained circulation of signature items over decades.

How to buy

  1. 01

We buy and ship it for you

We haven't verified Blue Blue Japan's international checkout yet. Honmono can order in Japan on your behalf and forward it to you — one contact, one invoice, no Japanese address needed.

  2. 02

    Use a dedicated proxy service

A proxy such as Buyee or ZenMarket gives you a Japanese address, buys the item and forwards it. Cheaper than a concierge, but expect forwarding fees, a longer wait and customs on arrival.

  3. 03

    Buy it while in Japan

Buy direct from the official shop or a Japanese retailer while you're there — tax-free at most stores on presentation of your passport.
