Honmono Concierge

It only sells in Japan? We'll buy it for you.

Some brands don't ship abroad. Some pieces never leave the shop. Tell us what you want: we buy it in Japan — online or in person — and send it to your door.

Good to know

Priced in yen
The quote is in yen and paid in yen; your bank makes the conversion. The shop price is the shop price — we add nothing to it.
Duties and import tax
They depend on your country and are collected on delivery by the carrier. They are not part of our quote.
New pieces only
We buy from the brands and their retailers. No second-hand, no auctions.
Returns
A purchase made for you in Japan can't be sent back to the shop. We check size and condition with you before buying.
If it's gone
Sold out between the quote and the purchase? You are refunded in full, fee included.
What we can't send
Anything your country or the carrier refuses — we tell you before you pay.
